Clear answers about credits, agents and what happens as your usage grows.
Each completed AI response uses credits based on its intelligence level. Fast and Smart use 1 credit, while Advanced reasoning uses 2 credits. If the AI uses one or more tools during that turn, 1 additional credit is added in total—not one credit per tool.
Credits included with your plan reset each month. Extra credit packs are separate, never expire and remain available until they are used.
An AI Agent handles conversations directly. An AI Dispatcher understands the request first, then routes the conversation to the right AI agent or human team member.
Yes. Paid plans can add more agents as your team or use cases grow. Enterprise plans include unlimited AI Agents and custom credit volume.
